Fast Installation Guide
- Step 1: Turn off the ignition, disconnect the battery ground cable, and locate the MAP sensor push-fit port on the intake manifold.
- Step 2: Depress the harness locking clip and disconnect the 3-pin electrical connector.
- Step 3: Gently twist and pull the old sensor straight out of the manifold port. Check that no old O-ring remains trapped inside the port, and clean the port orifice.
- Step 4: Lightly lubricate the O-rings on the new 8200719629 sensor with a drop of clean engine oil, press it firmly straight into the manifold port until fully seated, reconnect the 3-pin plug, reconnect the battery, and clear stored ECU error codes with a scan tool.
